The Beeman Park neighborhood surrounds a small neighborhood park where the local moms, nannies and sports lovers can be found on any given day. enjoying this very charming amenity. The park is well kept and securely safe and is the cornerstone of this charming neighborhood. There is a variety of styles and sizes of homes, more and more new construction has taken place in the area  which is adding a higher end to the location for these larger, newer homes. Coldwater Canyon is the western and Whitsett its eastern boundary with the 101 freeway and Moorpark St. Being the north and south. This makes most of the streets in the neighborhood dead ends and culd-de-sacs. People living in the area feel safe to walk around and It seems that everyone owns a dog or a child in tow. At all times of days this friendly enclave is teaming with people talking to each other while walking in the neighborhood giving it a such a warm and inviting character.
